I'm Orla,

Back in 2020, I took an online lash course that left me with only surface-level knowledge. I had to figure out most of the techniques myself — from mastering retention to building a business — through a lot of trial and error. Eventually, I became a highly rated, fully booked lash artist in my area, running a business that gave me freedom: holidays whenever I wanted, time off on my own terms, and work I genuinely loved.

When I transitioned into teaching and coaching, I quickly realised I wasn’t alone. So many qualified lash artists were telling me the same thing: their training had left them with gaps, and they didn’t feel confident enough to take on clients. What stood out to me was that no two artists had the exact same struggles — for some it was retention, for others placement, or even the business side of things.
