1. Set ONE clear goal per month

Example:

“Get 3 new clients in the next 30 days”

Not: “Grow my business” (too vague!)

2. Break it into weekly tasks

Think:

• Week 1: Post 3 before & afters
• Week 2: Launch a referral offer
• Week 3: Record 1 lash tip Reel
• Week 4: Reach out to 5 local girls in DMs

3. Use tools to stay on track
